*  Salt and black pepper to taste<br />
*  8 prepared biscuits</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned. Stir in flour until dissolved. Gradually stir in milk. Cook gravy until thick and bubbly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot over biscuits. Refrigerate leftovers.</p>

<p>INGREDIENTS</p>
<p>* 1 (6 pound) bone-in turkey breast<br />
* 1 medium onion, quartered<br />
* 2 celery ribs, sliced<br />
* 1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning<br />
* 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder<br />
* 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder<br />
* 1 teaspoon rubbed sage<br />
* 1 teaspoon paprika<br />
* 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour<br />
* 1 cup water<br />
* 1 cube chicken bouillon</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>Place turkey breast in a shallow baking pan; coat the outside of the turkey with nonstick cooking spray. Tuck onion and celery underneath in the breast cavity. Combine seasonings; rub over turkey. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F for 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 185 degrees F, basting every 30 minutes. Remove turkey and keep warm. For gravy, combine flour and water in a saucepan until smooth. Add pan drippings and bouillon. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil for 2 minutes. Slice turkey; serve with gravy.</p>

<h3>DIRECTIONS</h3>
<p>1.  In a large skillet or wok heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and saute for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cooked through (juices run clear and chicken meat is no longer pink inside).<br />
2.  Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, prepared gravy, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir all together; reduce heat to medium low and let all simmer about 10 minutes, or until bell peppers are tender and gravy has thickened.</p>

INGREDIENTS</p>
<p>*   3/4 cup chopped raw bacon<br />
* 1 small onion, chopped<br />
* 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour<br />
* 1/2 cup water<br />
* 1/2 cup evaporated milk<br />
* 1 pound medium shrimp &#8211; peeled and deveined<br />
* 1 cube beef bouillon<br />
* 1 tablespoon garlic salt<br />
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives<br />
* salt and pepper to taste</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>1.  Place the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the grease in the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium and add the onions to the pan. Cook and stir until transparent.<br />
2.  In a small bowl or cup, stir together the flour and water. Mix in the evaporated milk. Pour into the pan with the onions; cook, stirring constantly, until gravy has thickened. Stir in the bouillon cube, garlic salt, chives, salt and pepper. Return the bacon to the skillet, and add the shrimp. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque. Serve over grits, biscuits or rice.</p>

Gradually whisk in the broth. Season with sage, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring constantly, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until thickened.</p>
